Our truffière
Since 2017 we have planted 750 oak trees to grow three varieties of truffles: the sought after black Périgord, summer Burgundy, and Bianchetto truffles. Surrounded by native bush and streams, our truffière is a truly special place.
Organic
Being spray-free means producing a premium organic product and maintaining a healthy environment.
Solar-powered
Our fleet of 8 solar-powered auto mowers runs a tight ship to keep the grass short and prickles away for soft paws. They also reduce the risk of damaging the delicate root structures, which are easily damaged by heavy ride-on mowers.
Optimal Soil
With assistance from scientists in this field and using many tonnes of prescription lime, we have optimised the condition of the soil for truffles to flourish.
