Blue Sky Truffles is a family-owned business growing truffles in the heart of the Bay of Plenty. We fell in love with this sunny spot on the sloping hills of Oropi in 2015. The virgin soil turned out to be perfect for growing truffles and we embarked on a new adventure to learn the tricks of the trade of this mysterious craft.
